It's a bittersweet day today. Today is already our last day at the clinics. I had planned to travel to Pastrana with Kelsey and Melissa this morning but my plans changed last minute. Gabby still isn't feeling well this morning and she needed to stay home. So I headed back to Dagami with Allyson for her last day so she didn't have to travel her long distance alone.

It comes out piled with basil in their version of a VERY strong pesto sauce. My noodles are neon green. I don’t mind it, as I do like pesto and there’s not meat so I’m content.
