          That was pretty close to the greeting I got from Customs and Immigration. It wasn't exactly like the lady at the Prague Metro stop, it was much more mean spirited. After our 8 1/2 hour plane ride, the Immigration representative was belittling people, mostly American citizens because they weren't listening to what she was saying. The problem was, what she was saying was vague, obtuse and made no sense after a long plane ride.
