I was awake and ready for the day to begin around 8:00a.m, and going on deck, was bathed in beautiful sunshine, and mild breezes from the NE. What a lovely day this is, after my second awakening. Natural unspoiled hot spring. Free for the taking. Tiered layers of hot springs and waterfalls.
      Mostly Italians there. Delightful.

Beautiful, small, a jewel of a medieval town. Two other tourists there. Wandered the streets.
      Perfect.

The minute I opened the doors he was there! I hadn’t brushed my hair, teeth or even had breakfast! I decided to cut my losses and head off. ...

... around GM.. one to a little waterfall nearby... and had some really great talks.. not to mention a couple of really nice lunches, including salads with fresh tomatoes, basil and zucchini flowers from the garden.. and a little vino for good measure!. Simple food, simple pleasures, great company! Although too short, the visit was beautiful just the same, and I am so glad I took the time to go. I have always felt comfortable at GM for some ...
