... té édictées à Ubud : pas de racolage commercial trop prononcé, les taxis ne sont pas agressifs et proposent leurs services par pancarte interposée, les masseuses qui doivent être aussi nombreuses que les touristes semblent résignées et n’insistent pas, pas de racolage malhonnête (drogue ou fille), dans d’autres lieux, un homme mûr seul dans la nuit est une cible de propositions logique, etc.
Les restaurants sont très chouettes, avec de grandes terrasses ...
Pretty but not quite paradise
... the right time to head back. As we reached the beach again the tide had come back and it was at our ribs!
We spent several lovely days relaxing on the sand and paddling in the sea. In the cooler evening as the sun was descending we walked south from our beach spot, following the 4km seafront path. It passed huge luxurious hotels with raked sand and white beach beds, lovely little holiday homes with beautiful green gardens and Hindu sculptures, pretty little seaside restaurants ...
Millionär
... Gate! Grade noch rechtzeitig in den Flieger gefallen und erstmal schön geschlafen! Um 8:30 landen wir in Kuala Lumpur. Meine Jacke ist noch auf Bali am zweiten Security check. Was meint ihr, bekommen die es hin, die nachzuschicken? Genau, ich glaub´s auch nicht ;-)
Nun meinen Couchsurfer Host hier in KL kontaktiert und mit Bus und Taxi dorthin. Bali hängt noch wie ein Traum in meinem Kopf. KL ist wieder sehr westlich angehaucht. Mal schaun, was hier so alles passiert!!

... we could learn a lot from these people, they are calm, laid back, they smile and joke but have hardly nothing....it makes you think!
A 3 hour wait at the airport for my flight was excatly what i didn't need followed by a 14 hour flight via Singapore to New Zealand, but it had to be done, just hoping i can sleep on the plane and dream about this fantastic place...Bali.

Waterpark
... There were about 17 rides in total and I think I was on them all. The highlight was 'Climax’, which basically involves standing in a tubular structure high above the ground. 3 seconds after you enter, the floor below you disappears in a trapdoor like manner and you are dropped vertically at 70 km/h through a the slide. About 5/6 seconds later you emerge soaked but exhilarated ...
