... we had to lean forward onto the padded railings to see the action, which was fine, but in the second half it was tempting just to let my head drop onto my arms, sleep, and enjoy the music (I feared I would snore so resisted the temptation). The performance lasted 3 hours including a 20 minute interval, the singing was superb and acting equally emotive. My first opera experience and a great way to cap off a fantastic weekend.

Like most places i always do the free walking tours in the morning. I cant stress this enough...if you are traveling you really cant go wrong with these!!
