... Lennon wall. True to Lennon's motifs, the theme was all about love and we even saw a bride and groom getting a few wedding photos taken there. We ate lunch at a nearby cafe before stumbling upon an Italian Festival where Maggie and I shared a cold beer and some gelato. I am not sure this carriage has ever seen this number of people on it, it grinds its way across countryside getting up such a sideways sway that only the odd straight bit of line stops the train swaying off I reckon. ... back to the bar we had failed to get a seat at on our first day in Prague. Ordered a couple of beers which we drank whilst watching some highlights reel of the Athens games before headed out to find a restaurant which had also been recommended to us by Daana, called Atmosphere. On the way there we passed a stall selling a donut like food and we couldn't resist. We shared one of the delicious spirals of sugar coated dough as we searched for the restaurant. ...

Finally a chance to catch up on the Blog.

The City of Prague in the Czech Republic. Once it was the capital of the Holy Roman Empire.

This is where we started our European Gems tour. Lots of walking on cobbled pavements (very harsh on the soles of one's feet). Nevertheless a very beautiful city.

We were welcomed by our pocket-rocket dynamite Tour Director Adel, long with 76 other guests starting the tour here. In the evening we were taken ...
