      ... sending the steaks back (no one came over immediately anyway to check to make sure they were right) so we ate what we could and had entirely too much fun complaining and insisting we were not paying for the two steaks (even though we ate them). In the end, we won. We played a few games of air hockey (which I dominated) and turned in early to get up early for our bus ride back to Rio!

      ... People there informed me one had left some 5 minutes prior to my arrival. another one would arrive in 20 minutes. I did not have that much time. I went inside to the Taxi booth (you should never flag down a taxi at the bus station...they will rob you blind...especially if you are a foreigner). They wanted R$36.       ... I have never felt so frustrated, defeated, depressed or angry. I had a serious moment where I had the urge to say 'Screw Brazil, I'm moving to China (or some place like that)!' Internet is so important to me.
