... hotel is a very pretty little place, our room is not the best, we doesn't have a view, but we won't be spending much time in it! Well I just canīt believe how fast the days go. At one moment I am on top of my blogging and then I am almost 2 places behind! So here we go playing catch up once again.

Whitney and I spent 4 nights on Ilha Grande and it is definitely an island that lives up to its name - it is very big! I am not sure of the exact size of the island but I feel like we saw a lot but then I look at a map and it is only a small portion of what there is to explore. ...

... Mendes, I have ever seen! Sarah, Matt, Claire, Patrick, David and I headed off together. You can't get a boat back from Lopes Mendes but you can hike back 15 minutes to a different beach and we watched the sun setting as we headed back to the town on the boat. Met Mana from Switzerland. Dinner out in a kebab/BBQ/Noodle restaurant and ended up in the famed (!) nightspot, Aquario. Mixture of locals and tourists, interesting and a few dodgy choons!
