Today we wake at a decent hour to catch the 9am bus to Coba to see the big ruin that over looks the jungle. It's a 2 hour bus ride there so need to be and at it early. Of course, the hostel aren't up before 8 so breakfast isn't close to benign ready. No time for that so we rush out the door and grab a quick bite at the corner store at the bus store. Opted for a 1L bottle of vanilla milk for breakfast and it was very lovely. Craving a good bowl of cereal though so hopefully bunker down for ...

We sat chatting with an older couple Steve and Lorraine from England. The said they lived in Cardiff which is about 2 hours from London. We were busy chatting away and our waited came back with a cart. On top was a burner, a blue flame and a metal pot. We were just staring at him in awe. What was he going to cook. He asked if we ...

... rain storm. After about an hour, they were ready and we met our captain, and did our checkin. We moved out to the boat, and met the others there with us. We were on our own private boat, just the 5 of us. Lori, Danny, Jodi, Stacie and I. We were all so excited, and could not wait. Well, that didn't last long. The guide asked us if we wanted to go for the big fish, or smaller ones. We all said big, as in go big or go home, as we could catch the small 7lb fish at home, right? So ...

... a few completely trivial things
that I am very proud of :-) I got a wicked tan, went jogging on the
beach, learned to boogie board and I played beach and water
volleyball (thus conquering my fear of getting hit on the face with a
      ball).

Today I met the lady that is cleaning
our rooms and guess what??? Yes, she is a sister! Her and her husband
started studying at the same time and got baptized together 2 ...
