... until lunchtime. Even though there were armed military police patrolling up and down on quad bikes. What could possibly go wrong? I started reading a book about Patagonia, but gave up after about 24 pages and opted for ******* about in the sea instead. Tonight I look like a full blown lobster: legs, arms, face. Here's hoping it seriously dies down a bit tomorrow.

... club 3 times, each time being told it was opening in an hour we decided to call it a night, not before belting out a couple songs. I'm gong to say it was lucky we're were singing in a different language, we knew it wasn't pleasant but didn't really care. The next day the only thing we wanted to do was go to the beach. We hadn't swam outside in about 6 months so we caught the bus to the hotel zone - this is where everyone stays for Spring ...

I brought the cutest pair of suede black pointy flats with a bow on the front and a jumpsuit I wanted at home but it sold out there. We ate in the food court of las Americas which does not compare to any shopping mall food court I have ever seen at home. There are so many different types of food to choose from at various kiosks. ... the top down as we had all the luggage but I'm sure we'll be making the most of it while we're here. We high fived and were off. No issues finding the place. Man, all I can say, what a journey to get here. But boy was it worth it. I'm in heaven. To hear and feel those breezes off the coast.....I understand why someone would leave it all behind and try to live here. We'll certainly enjoy this place. More pictures to come. ...

... tv's from an empty room, but it wasn't much better. After wasting time trying to get the tv fixed the rain had cleared and we went for a look around the grounds and beach. The pools were both very good, the big one had a volleyball net and basketball hoops, as well as a smaller one for the kids, there was a restaurant and the grass and coconut trees around the grounds looked nice. The beach area was small and the water was not as nice as the main ...
