Adrienne and I started off the day with a 9 mile run along the river in downtown. I love Portland! After, we met the guys at Slappy Cakes. This is a spot we have all been looking forward to visiting. If you are ever in Portland, try out this fun breakfast joint. You sit at a table and cook your own pancakes (think a small hibachi grill). We ordered many unique toppings and batters (including a very yummy gluten free mix).
