... I wasn’t right in downtown Portland, but about 10 minutes’ walk into town. The neighbourhood was lovely that I was in, with stores, cafés and restaurants all around. I was staying in a guesthouse that was basically an inn. I had a room on the second floor, and shared a bathroom and kitchen with whoever was there.
