      ... hours and are glad to be home.
      I'm not sure i would go back to Playa, but i could be tempted to see more of Mexico. It has a rich and very colourful culture which is varied across the country. But for now, in the words of Gene Autry, The mission bells tell me that I mustn't stay, south of the border, down Mexico way; Ay! Ay! Ay! Ay! Ay!

      Today we went at 8:30 to Mike's Dive, the girls had their pool practice and Cristina and me a refresher. They spent almost all morning and then around 1 we went to the boat and did a couple of dives.

      ... some reason were 90% Swiss or German which made things interesting. On my second day a guy from Munich showed me around and then we met at the student residence for a Mexican style New Year's Eve dinner with all the other students. Just before 12 we all went to the beach where we ate 12 grapes to give good luck for each of the months in the new year.

      ... me tell you about this car. It didn't have a mirror on the right side, every time I shifted into second gear it would pop into neutral, the gauges read 10km faster than you were going, oh and the seatbelts were rusted off.       25 July Take two on the mission to find the zoo, and we did! We were so excited that it almost stopped me being offended at the entry fee - 300 pesos - like some of our high prices for attractions at home,. still we both had wanted to visit and we had persevered to find the place so we had to go in!
