I will try and upload some pics if I can get the tablet working for me ( I have to take separate photos for this blog with my phone to keep updating - I have been taking photos trust me!! ) It's been another lovely day in San Diego. Now to have my Pretzel m&ms and my $1.75 half litre if Gatorade and watch some American tv. It's like Australian tv would you believe- nothing good is ever on. And the jet lag hasn't hit me yet. ... m sure we will go into the pool again before we leave. We ended up having Chinese for dinner again which was very nice. In my fortune cookie I go it says "you will take a chance in something in near future", interesting I say. I don't believe in fortune cookies but hey they are still fin to read. ... we were headed to the dolphin show but first we fit in a ride on Manta! Me and Sam went on, think I'm definitely overcoming my fears of roller coasters, and met Lauren and her mum down with the sting rays, where you can stroke and feed them! ... top of the stairs there are windows that I have never noticed before. I can see the enormous Morton Fig tree out on the grass. There are always people marveling at the size and beauty of this tree. Today I spot a young man asleep on his dads' chest. To me it is the picture of bliss; perfect contentment.

... the Persian Gulf flagship in 1991's Operation Desert Storm. Decommissioned in 1992, she is now a museum ship in San Diego. We explored different exhibits on the ship (including the crew's sleeping quarters, officer's quarters, pilots' ready rooms, primary flight control and the bridge), along with an impressive collection of restored aircraft.
