Playa del Carmen is only 75 minutes away from Cancún.

Maya / Toltec ruins of Tulúm was a small and felt like a park with walkways well defined. It was the setting on the 12-meter / 39 ft tall cliffs cliff top that impressed me. Otherwise just a pile of rocks.

The iguanas certainly brought back my memories of 2 years ago same time when I was in the Galapagos Islands.

We end up catching a bus up to the Mexican border and were involved in a very minor bus collision, now ...

On our final day we decided to check out the shops in case there was anything else of interest we'd missed (unlikely as we'd been in them several times over) and upon our return to the hostel, we realised that my locker had been broken into (nothing had been taken luckily). I reported it to the hostel but the girl on the desk said she didn't understand ...

... the duty free shops to see just what all there was that we didn't need to buy. It turned out to be pretty darned crowded as the shops had just opened about an hour earlier and the shopping madhouse was on, so we quickly decided to go back up to deck 11 and the pool for a bit. After about an hour or so, it was time to go down to deck 3 and try our hand at bingo. We also wanted to be there to see one of our acquaintances from the Meet & Mingle propose to ...
