This is my first attempt at doing a travel blog and I hope everyone gets it!

We're off and on the go! We had an early departure from Fort Walton Beach airport so we arrived early in Charlotte and are now relaxing in the lounge while waiting for our connection flight at 6:20PM. It's a long flight (about 9 hours) but thankfully we're ...

-Stay in a condo. This is something we did even before kids, buts its even nicer now. We eat breakfasts and lunches at the condo and then treat ourselves to dinner out.
-Check out places like restaurants.com, groupon and livingsocial for discounts on meals and activities. Its definitely a great way to make the most of your vacation ...

... and great view of the harbor from our table. Truthfully we didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there.

After dinner we headed back to the condo for one last walk on the beach. After we were done and heading back up, we stopped and little miss waved good bye to the beach and we headed back up to start packing since we planned on heading out early the next morning. Definitely a successful first beach trip for baby ...
