      ... walk from the depot. TV set up in the flat which is pretty sweet but I'm having major internet troubles. I want to download movies onto my ipad that I can watch when I'm offline as I only get WIFI when I'm at work. Any ideas anyone?!       ... it allowed us to gather things without having to be concerned about weight or the limiting size of our bags, now the car is gone we have to get back to 23kg per bag and 7kg for each piece of hand luggage. Next week we head off to Geneva en route to Russia, so we'll need to have it all sorted out by then.

      ... to deteriorate throughout the day. We were advised to go to the top first. So we booked in and checked out the webcam at the top, after being advised it was snowing on top. Sure enough, a white out and virtually no visibility, so it was not looking good for shots of Mont Blanc!

      ... and there were 2 burly French police with some very short German guy who was driving a vintage style polizi vehicle with an orange light, it looked extremely serious, I guess he was impersonating a policeman! The mountains with their snow caps truly stunning, incredible to seem still warm when we got here, 27 by early evening when rain hit it came down to 11 which seemed cold. Surprised at how much snow is still in the mountains. ...
