... their anemoneís. There were a few more triggerfish. Visibility was 25m on this dive. It absolutely blew my mind to see that much. I saw a big fat sea snake wrapped around some coral too. By the end, I was exhausted... and the 3.5 hour trip felt like it took forever. We finally got back to the hotel at about 9pm and rushed to find somewhere to have dinner. I went to sleep that night already planning my next dive. It truly was one of the best things I have EVER done. Sawasdee ...

I made my way down to the Krabi Hospital and spent several hours working on my calm neural network as they passed me from orthopedics to surgery and I was finally able to get an appointment to for ultra sound on the 19th. So we left Chiang Mai yesterday and arrived in krabi mid afternoon. We arrived at the Irest hostel in Ao Nang and were really impressed- the hostel has mostly private rooms and is really new so modern and clean (our favourite!) The hostel is about 5 minutes from Ao Nang beach and the area is mainly a holiday resort so is full of restaurants and shops- most of them with the tourist price tag aswell! This hasn't held us back though as today we caught a long tail boat to Railay ...

... water at us from its trunk! It was at least nice to know that the babies weren't separated from their mothers for two years and the elephants had been rescued from doing any serious logging work, but they were still used to do a bit of work each day. We just wished we had gone to more of a sanctuary where they were able to roam free and weren't an obstacle for entertaining tourists. After a lovely visit to some beautiful waterfalls, we headed home and got ready ...

... Jonny stayed on the boat he still felt so horrible he couldn't even lift his head let alone get in and swim. I still felt terrible too but I was glad of any opportunity to get off that boat! After Pelay Bay we sailed past the Viking caves. These caves are 3.2km square and get their name from the Viking ship cave drawings on the walls. Thousands of swallows live on the 15 metre high ledges. It was cool to see but I found there was something creepy about it! ...
