... Bridge. It’s a really lovely area with most apartment blocks enjoying there own communal private garden.
Back to Kensington high street station and making our way to Kensington Palace and gardens and neighbouring Hyde Park. Just a quick stop at some more shops to buy some warm clothes as we were passing H&M and Marks & Spencer! After lots of walking and seeing lots of sights it was time for a late lunch.

The magnificent ending of the tour prompted Sam (who was ahead of me throughout the tour) to bring me in, eyes closed, to take it all in at once. ... my faith in the trusty Kathmandu brand was put to the test. I lay my well used travel towel onto the freshly mown grass and sat down to enjoy a warm summer day with a good book and cheese and pickle sandwich. To my horror I very quickly discovered that the grass sticks and has to be painstakingly hand picked off, bit by bit.


I arrive in Sydney on the 31st May and my first grandchild is expected to arrive on 22nd June. ...

Jasmine's mum Tina took us to the airport. The journey took about 3 hours and we stopped for a cheeky Burger King along the way which is an obligatory part of any journey exceeding 1 hour I feel :)
