    11/12 At sea

Yesterday I fell asleep at 3 and didn’t wake until 7pm. Thus I was not surprised when I woke up at 1:15, thinking it must be 5am. I read a couple of chapters of my novel about a Venice policeman and fortunately fell asleep until 7am. For the first time in months there were no dark circles under my eyes this ...

We have the opportunity on this cruise to spend one more day in Greece. This time it is the island of Corfu. The weather is hot and sunny and although not planned, we decided to bring the bikes out and go for a ride in Greece. However, it was Sunday and we have found that wherever we have been in Europe the traffic has been very light ...

I must say it was better organised for departure although we were still subjected to the same siren as the gangplanks opened. It seemed to go on for ever. I was surprised that none of the workers wore ear muffs. OH&S would never have allowed that in Australia.
Our hotel on Naxos is lovely and right on the beach and we are staying ...

    ... tour.

After the meeting i went to reception, picked up my sheet and went back to the room to make my toga. I also packed bags and relaxed a bit first. I got some of the others help in fixing the
toga and then went down to the club area of the resort. We drank, danced, took pictures. I talked with some in the other groups and relaxed and had a good time. It was a good night and it got a bit crazy at times. I ended up going to bed about 2am. Another walk up the hill.
