... flare up and I was already feeling weird from my previous food intake. So instead, for dinner I had…a sandwich. A bit fitting, I suppose. One more box sandwich from Tesco before I leave England. I got chicken Caesar and some crisps and more fruit, and then I had a piece of toast before I went to bed, and I started feeling a bit better.

I’m going to bed early to avoid a repeat of last year’s over sleeping until 6AM scramble to catch my cab. Good night ...
