... the Banyan tree, and we sat with them to meditate. Closing our eyes, we went to a peaceful place. My understanding is that the idea in our meditation practice is to make space so that there is less noise within. I sat for a short while, and then was off again to explore the different aspects of the Ashram, trying to take in as much as I could.
