Staff service was terrible with just a few exceptions. Pool of dubious cleanliness, as were the rooms.

... white people go this way. On the way we passed acres and
acres of fields being worked for vegetables whilst we were still in
the hilly terrain. Even in the most desolate places people were
trying to help themselves. On dropping down to the coast area we
passed even bigger areas of government land that was planted with

... the Botanical gardens informs us that almost every tree or leaf or fruit is a cure for something whether it be malaria or a bad back. And of courser they have their Viagra equivalent. So in the same way I will not say anything.”I am still very surprised by ...

... here! We rounded up the night with a home cooked dinner with friends, with a
view of the Mount Cameroon, and were surprised with a long fireworks show. Who knew
that Buea had the money for fireworks?!

At work I saw my usual patients, along with a new intake,
and patients from colleagues. I was confronted with new kinds of patients that
I had never worked with. In a way it is a bit overwhelming, as I am not yet
sure how to work with ...

... colleagues are very nice, as well as the rest of the workers. I have been treating a lot of back aches, hernias and even paraplegia. This week I also gave a lesson about McKenzie (a sort of treatment) to my colleagues and gave a sport lesson to the workers at ARCH who all experience back pain. I think both were a success. Every Wednesday I will give a sport lesson to the workers and maybe an informative lesson now and ...
