    ... flip flop back to the hotel. We returned in time to shower dry change and get set to head out to the big 40th bday do for Adam. Reaching the Bali Hard Rock Cafe we were directed to a table covered in balloon animals. The food was filling. Very filling. The cocktails were varied and tasty. The music was just what you'd expect.     ... 8217;t pull off inconspicuous, so made it rather obvious that the bread, ham, quiche and pastries were going into his bag! Nay was a little more embarrassed than she let on and pointed out that we could probably have just filled a plate and walked out with it and no-one would have cared!

    ... by the horns before it trampled me and so far I'm doing ok...more than ok. But some days are hard...and yesterday was one.
    Maybe when the dust settles, and I'm fully embracing my new life, I'll start a support group called "single Mums &empty nests" ! But for now I'm going down to do a few laps in the 30m pool outside my room. Like Craig Harper says..find out what works for you..and do it.
