    ... and that night we headed to Legian beach front to look for a restaurant recommended by friends called Zanzibar, the food here was amazing and very reasonably priced.     Awsome large serves of basic indo food and cheap beer. The dining is on a second floor large balcony with loads of Bali charm. No tax.

    ... and then dropped us literally smack bang in the middle of a main road. When I questioned his choice of place to stop he muttered 'traffic, traffic'.     ... s hair is still being straightened. The shuttle driver warned us we had to be there at 4:50 as he cannot park at the pick-up spot so would only have one shot or we would miss out. We wondered if Neil should pay and head to the pick up to at least get him to hang on or head down the road to pick Nay up, but the hairdresser gets the hint, finishes and we make a run for it along the road to the pick up point where the driver pulls in dead on 4:50!

    ... outside Sengiggi. We hadn't done too much research into this part of the trip but it was great to go somewhere quieter and not overrun by mass tourism. Our hotel was in fact a private villa fit for 8 with three double en suite rooms, pool, kitchen and living room. Not bad for £10 each per night. We met the owner Rocky who was a great addition to the trip. As the eldest child in his family he went to Singapore to study at 17 years old. He spent then time in Stratford as a chef ...
