Our last whole day together begins with the girls playing in the pools while the guys enjoyed a visit to the spa. Jeff experienced his first facial, they all came back with shiny cheeks so I think it was a successful morning.
Pool time and beach time was on the agenda, cold beers and margaritas kept us hydrated.
Off to Cabo looking for a sports bar where Kristi and watch the Chargers. Dinner began ...
... bottles and beer in the fridge, sugar, cereal, condiments ... pretty much what we needed other than milk and fruit.
I sent an email home to say we arrived safely, while Roger had a beer on the balcony. We saw horses on the beach, and there was lots of happy hour revelry at the pool/bbq area. Mostly retired-looking people in this complex, which suits us just fine.
This past week we had a five day break which was amazing because this was our first extended period of time when we were allowed to leave the center and do whatever we wanted to. My whole group decided to go to Cabo basically to finally be able to pretend that we were tourists except for when anyone asked us where we were from because then we would say San Carlos just because it was fun to see them do a double take. Anyways so ...
... out for a couple of hours watching the other tourist and jumping into the pool to cool off. We caught a shuttle back to the Sunset Beach Resort, then back up to the Villa. Joe, Mary, and Carolyn were already back from their horseback ride and were enjoying the infinity pool. They had a nice ride they said.
We had another dinner in at the Villa that was very good.

... The distance between ports is not only a factor of the distance but the ship’s schedule as well. The time will be well spent as the ship’s wireless internet connection is not working for the passengers. Also my trusty old computer is showing its advancing age. But we are adventures and will find a way to work around these trivial difficulties.
