They had a lovely pear cider which I chose to have with our meal last night, but it took them ages to bring our meal, so I was drinking fairly steadily without eating, so they inevitable happened! Especially as I don't drink very often, so when I do, it goes straight to my head! But that meant I crashed out very early last night. Today we went on the ...

We have 'anytime ...

... was temporarily delayed while cleaners did their job and the KLM flight was refuelled. We took off steeply from Schihol and turned south over the patchwork fir kids and canals of Holland towards Belgium and Germany and finally Switzerland. Over Basel we had turbulence and a build up of cumulus cloud up o 10000 metres but occasionally you could see neat villages and traffic on roads below. If we could see them, they could ...

... sleep. Oops. As quiet as a mouse I took my belongings out and packed up the bike. It takes 2-3 trips depending on how much I brought in the night before. Just as I was done, I grabbed my motorbike jacket, and a coin fell out of one of the pockets and clattered to the ground. Oops. I thought I should probably go before someone murdered me just so they could get some sleep. One of the other people in the hostel had recommended the "Sky Bar" located inside Hotel Raddison, ...
