May was a really good month! :)

It involved visitors (Nic & Sam), Justin Timberlake Concert, Dubai Brunch and much more!

1) Visit to Al Maryah Island (across from Al Reem Island)
This is a newly developed island with a new mall called The Galleria. It contains lots of nice shops and little cafes and resteraunts. We went for a wander around and took a few photos!

The camp had cushions and tables everywhere to sit down, and you got arabic coffee and dates on arrival! The day involved going Dune Bashing sitting in the back of a Land Rover and it was fun bur made me feel so SICK!! To cut a long ...

... had to don an abaya to cover her hair and ankles in order to enter and once when posing for a picture, Paul had his arm around her and security came and put a stop to that! No overt affection to be shown between a man and a woman! After that we went to the Emirates Palace, once started as a the home for Zayed but he died before its completion and it is now a five star hotel - and another OMG moment! Such opulence! We decided to sit down in the grand foyer ...
