    We figured being in Missouri we needed to stop by Kansas City for some amazing BBQ since the city is known for it!! We stopped at.... We ordered 4 huge meals and shared between the four of us!! We don't think we could eat at another BBQ place again that is how good it was!!     ... the hotel, we checked-in to the next and found an amazing noodle bar, a chain restaurant that sold every type of noodle from mac and cheese, pasta to Thai dishes. I had quite the lunch.     So - what is in Kansas City you may ask? Charlie Parker's saxophone! We went to the Jazz museum on 18th and Vine Street, opposite the "Gem Theatre" and also saw the Jazz Walk of Fame. It was really cool to see a museum dedicated to Charlie Parker, Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington - the three greats from Kansas City. Of course Louis Armstrong also got a big mention.
