... stopping already? That couldn't have been enough time. The music blasted back to life and we jerked into super speed. We all gripped our lap bars as the cars whirled past each other at high speed. We rocked back and forth in our seats as we shifted at whip-lash speeds. Finally the ride slowed to a stop and we cheered, waving our hands in the air as we carefully removed ourselves from our seats.

What a selection!  We then headed to Busan's famous beach, Haeundae Beach, and had afternoon tea at The Westin Hotel which had gorgeous views over the crescent shaped beach. ... every 5th stall or so is selling something to fix/ease the pain (allegedly). I buy a walking wicking top and Liz a Korean outfit though.
As night falls the display lanterns come into their own (& are difficult to photograph) and while it's a bit Disneyesque (lots of fable scenes etc) it's very impressive. In particular there's moving dragons & phoenixes breathing smoke and fire on the shore and lanterns over the fortress grounds. We ...
