Day 45 - Port Douglas to Rollingstone
... We drove to Rollingstone, a free camp site that we stopped at on the way up to Port Douglas. The park was full so we decided to try the Big 4 at Rollingstone, just a couple of kms back up the highway. Turned out to a good decision as the park was superb. Snorkelling - Magnetic Island
... great experience but a shame as they are supposed to be nocturnal and have now become pests as backpackers think its great to feed them pizza etc!! After lunch me and Ruth had a stroll along Horseshoe Bay where we found tonnes of starfish washed up on the beach and some even burried under sand.
