... bus on the way back to town, but, like any public transport user, insisted this is what I'd intended to do and got off a few minutes later at the aquarium, pretending to visit (it was closing time and I couldn't get in). Mardel is however much better with its pedestrian crossing lights than Buenos Aires. Here, they count down from 40 seconds which is far kinder than the 10 seconds in Buenos Aires for the many Argentinian retirees who live here not to mention this decrepit old bag. ... about it and were fascinated with what was happening. We're not sure whether this happens very regular from their response but it was pretty cool to see. We retuned back to the hostel after sun set then nipped out to get food for tea. We decided to cook stake tonight so headed to the butchers for a nice cute off filler, not at all expensive in comparison to England.
