      ... over the big climb and Martin shuttled to the top. He was so excited to get to take the downhill at full speed without me. He cycled on to lunch at 33.5 miles with elevation gains of 3815 ft and max speeds of 45 mph. Lunch was on the water in Playa de Mogan where we watched scuba, swimming and beach goers.       ... the amenities including a gorgeous room. The bathroom has a deep bath tub with a door entry. It has jets, air and light chromotherapy.       ... rock formations are very breath taking. We also discovered that these islands are the training rides for many of the professional cyclists. We saw several sets of pro cyclists headed up and down the big climbs. Martin looked and saw team sky, Tinkof Saxo, Movistar and Garmin Sharp were several of the riders we passed.
