The night before
School's out, work is on pause and the cottage industry is closed for Christmas. It's finally here after months of waiting and we're all beside ourselves with excitement.
The bags are packed (with space to spare thanks to Annette's frugal choice of clothes) and we have even managed to find room for Ellie much to Esther's relief.
We've got so many exciting new experiences ahead of us crammed into a 7 week trip. South East Asia here we come!

Had a quick goosey gander in the museum then wandered along the harbour to the Atlantic monument then back into the city taking pics here and there. Here we are on the train back to London. Weekends go way too fast! Till next post Toodaloo ...

One thing I was dying to see was Formby Beach. I had heard so much about it, and I wanted to be by the water!
