Today I had to say goodbye to Francesco and Christof that after Bangkok return to their Zurich. I was disappointed because we did so much laughs at the beach, but also serious and interesting talk. I hope to see them again and I wish them a safe journey home. After I was a little depressed and I began to read my novel in French "le voisine" coming to page 30, but then I went on foot along the entire beach, noting that sellers and ...

Normally the trip involves a trip to Phi Phi island by speedboat. This year because of the rough seas, it was deemed to unsafe to travel the hour to Phi Phi island. Tonight we are going to a Thai boxing match which should be ...

... paddler who took us into grottos and caves. Fabulous! We weren't able to pop through the caves like Steve and I did 12 years go because the tide was rising and the opening kept getting smaller and smaller. As it was, we had to lie flat in the kayak as we entered each cave, as our noses skimmed the top of each opening. Exciting and beautiful. With dramatic stalactites, stalagmites and concealed salt water lagoons you can step back in time and see how nature sculpted ...

          Day relaxing on the beach.

After waking up at 11am we rushed round to check out. Waited for our room next door and booked a white water rafting trip for tomorrow. We then took a walk down the street, met John and Stacey's friends, Claire and Fran then went separate ways for different foods. We had some amazing food in the shopping center then went to the beach. The beach was full of sun beds and people. We had really hit the ...
