Last day before I head home. Second lazy day. We have a late breakfast and then head out for a walk to the local shops to buy supplies for lunch; pane, formaggio and prosciutto. I go for a walk around the village, the first time I've done this this week. There are horses grazing around the village, the sun is out and it is lunchtime so there is no one else walking ...

I managed to roll onto my skis and I stood up and continued down. ...

We headed down the slope as we were planning to have a break anyway. At the bottom of this run is the entrance to the terrain park, and JJ was keen to be filmed by me as he went through the jumps. The incident did not knock his skiing confidence!
The morning had been one of our longer excursions without ...

... restaurant on the hill and plan for a chocolate break. This descent was in sunshine on groomed slopes which had seen little traffic. The total vertical descent was going to be about 800m and until we reached the top of the six man chair we only saw a couple of others on the run. We decided to take the run to the bottom of the chair as it seemed a good way to extend the run.

JJ’s turns had come on massively as he started to use body motion down the hill ...
