... which, I head to the "De Halve Maan" - brewery. Which I walked right past (twice). Once inside, I took the tour ... Which includes one beer. I know understand why the beer is after the tour! The stairs you climb go straight up. But our guide is the stoutest, funniest little Belgian ever!!! She was joking that lagers at 4% alcohol are children's beer. There used to be 28 Breweries in Brugge but now there is just one! So, she walked us through the history - but ...

I then headed to the open market square, but since it was open air I dipped into the Belford bell tower and climbed the 366 steps, to get a birds eye view of the town. After my climb I decided I deserved lunch and had some amazing fresh gnocchi with Truffles! Mmmmmmm I really do love food!
