Halloween
... given the go ahead without the threat of calling the police to shut it down prematurely.
We raided the local 'Chinos' for decorations - small Chinese ran shops filled with the most random ***** China/Asia has to offer for a very reasonable price, boxes of face paints, wooden ornaments and those wee egg-shaped things that make strange noises.
We still however managed to spend 50 euro on massive fake spiders, webbing, Halloween ...
Reflecting in the Capital
... exhausting constantly worrying about the budget as well, constantly checking menus to realise you cant afford them, and realising that you are probably missing out on a lot of incredible Spanish food, and being forced to accept cheap food instead (which, to be honest, can also be good, but can also be a bit ****...) But we are hoping we can snap out of this and enjoy the fact we are in an INCREDIBLE country and an INCREDIBLE city, hot, ...
The Big smoke, Spanish style

Holidays, mountains and adios to Emily
Emily's last week in Spain unfortunately began with the Packer game, which we stayed up to watch. I put on my Rodgers jersey and wore it around Jaen the whole day. Unfortunately, as we all know, the game was a tough one to watch. Apparently during the bye week the Packers forgot how to catch balls and how to run without dropping the football. It was pretty heartbreaking.

Travel Day

Baggage took a while to come, and some people were goofing around with Father Ivan´s luggage, and one of his Crocs fell into the inaccessible center of the baggage snake.
