Sand Boarding and A Stomach Churning Flight!
... 2 up and about doing yoga in the garden! Before our final night in Huacachina we grabbed a couple of wood boards and hiked an hour up a sand dune that was to the back of the hostel and, with increased confidence, threw ourselves over the other side for one last ride. We spent the next few days finding sand in places we never thought sand could reach! The following day we day we took a 6 hour local bus journey for a ...

Jack had an actual snowboard but it must have lost all its slide, so Jack got stuck in the sand more than he moved at all. In the end he gave up and also just slid down the dunes on his tummy.
Huacachina was our last fun adventure; we saw our last great sunsets and enjoyed the last warm rays of the sun. What a happy ending.

Puny Pisco
... we choose not to join the rest of the group in a boat tour around what is called the 'Peruvian Galapagos Islands' - we've seen the original and nothing could ever match up! So we pack our bags, head down for the usual breakfast of white bread and jam (getting very sick of this by now!) then help our driver load up the mini bus with everyone else's bags. We then travel 20mins to the coast and meet Alan and the rest of the group getting off their boat.
We then have an hour in the ...
