      I was going to buy Rosie a gorgeous flamenco shawl today, but it was quite heavy from all the embroidery and fringing. I would have had to throw out some of my own clothes to keep my luggage weight down, so I left it.

      Barcelona is a lovely open friendly city. It's a bit dirty though. The footpaths need a good hosing down. There are stomach churning smells from the drains. Dogs everywhere, and people who spit. ...

      ... the upper part of the Rambla de Catalunya. Took a spin in the El Corte Ingles, then went home to chill for a hour. I walked a whole lot already. Headed back out this time to Barceloneta. Found some locals. You can tell you're in a non-touristy residential area when clothes are allowed to be hung from the balcony! Really liked walking through there.       ... my voice. I had an early night and headed to bed after dinner to try and rest up for Barcelona.
