They take milk, add your flavour and your two mixed, they then put it on an ice cold metal sheet and mash up the milk, mixed, and ice that's formed on the metal. ... sets in at around the two hour mark but all family members are surprisingly good sports about it all. Air Asia were very good -I'd highly recommend them. You need to preorder everything though, even snacks. They had barely anything! No alcohol except beer -it was a travesty!
