    ... and with the amount of walking involved, justified a 'rest day' from our run and ab challenge. Our last night in Skiathos was delayed somewhat as we watched from our balcony, a most amazing fork-lightening show as a storm approached. Being the well planned boy scout that he is, Phil had a bottle of Rose stashed away in the fridge that helped us sit out the storm.     ... island to where we need to be for the main town!! Uh oh. Will see how this goes. First full day on Skopelos: Today we walked about 6k out to Aglios Ioannis (where the Mamma Mia church and beach are) and climbed up all 200-and-something steps.     After a scenic drive along a mountain ridge we arrived at Sendoukia, this is an ancient site and very spiritual.
