We only had 90 minutes on the ground in Dubai, so we just wandered through the Duty-free shops to stretch our legs before re-boarding. Disappointingly, we didn't have window seats on the plane, and couldn't see out of the terminal while on the ground. I was hoping to catch a glimpse of some of the famous buildings and housing developments, but it wasn't to be. Great flight from Brisbane to Dubai. Business class is Awesome. I will definitely have to save up my pennies for this standard of flight on any other trips I do.
