    ... have to be adjusted accordingly...

    I have also noticed other things - things splatter more... Like when you are frying things..
    When you are pouring liquids into a glass there is much more likelyhood of splattering.
    Carbonated drinks foam up much more - if I am not careful, they foamup and run over the edge of the glass - which is messy - and which upsets and disturbs me so much that I cannot sleep at nites........

    Celaya is a larger city than San Miguel...

    ... had died????), the tables were divided by age - the 95+ tables, the 85 to 95 tables, the 75 to 85 tables and the 65 + tables - no tables for people under 65..
    There were at least 4 tables for the 95+, with 8 people to a table - that is 32 people over 95+.
    The oldest people get served first.. The people were very good at looking after each other
    and they were very appreciative to the food servers (like me)....

    ... although giddy at times, a wonderful student. One side note: Katie wants to get a hamster for her sixth grade class (which is fine with her teachers) and name it "Katie" so she will remain with the class, even if just in "hamster form".

    Katie, Caroline and I had a more quiet and leisurely morning. We lunched at Cafe Monet and then dropped Katie off at the Academia. She was a sous-chef volunteer (with other 14 students) for the Rancho Toyan organic meal at school tonight.
