    I have both a family doctor (Dr. Maxwell) in Mexico and a dentista (Dra.Trejeda)..
    I have a dental appointment next week... for my annual checkup...
    I have been seeing this dentista in San Miguel for the last 4 years...

    The San Miguel, International Writer's Festival/Conference is coming up soon - February 11,
    goes on for about a week - it is a big deal here in San Miguel..... It was all sold out in November, 2014...

    ... celebration). The dances took place in front of La Parroquia and the loud ongoing fireworks was heard from midnight until 5 am in the morning. OK, nobody sleeps at this time. Only some expats and gringos complain about the noise. But this is local tradition since the 16th century. This reminds me of my time in Germany, when city folks move to little villages and complain about the sound of church bells as well as the noise and smell ...

    ... it’s against the law to install stoplights, lest the town loses its heritage and culture.) Spanish is spoken everywhere, but as is English, so there’s no problem there. Thanks to Andrea’s direction, we experienced some really great restaurants and shops and are willing to share a few suggestions. ;]
