We arrived in Singapore from KK after a pleasant two and half hour flight. Our apartment is a five minute walk from Orchard Rd. ... Shaw tour is so exciting being out on the main road among the cars and buses. Funny thing is traffic must give way to the Tri Shaws. The Tri Shaw leaves Chinatown and takes you to Clarke Quay to board the bum boat. The bum boat goes up Singapore River and is fantastic. So much heritage and so much history.
