... towards the quay and abort the dive. I was swimming on my belly with my regulator, but he suggested that I swim on my back with my snorkel as it would be easier in the current. I went on my back, which was easier to swim, but harder to see where I was going. At some point, my instructor told me to watch out for a big rock, and, my hand being in the movement of swimming, hit the rock. Right away, my thumb was hurting and throbbing and looking at it, I saw a big, black mark. ...

... we had been here before but the port or the island itself didn't look familiar. So we disembarked the ship and had a wander around the port. We weren't booked on any trips today but we didn't need to be really as the port itself was very busy and there was a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. It worked out well as we had to wait only 10 minutes to get out of this crazy touristy playground. Some people love Playa but for us it didn't seem like a place we wanted to stay. As usual we hadn't actually booked our accommodation and spent a while walking around with our backpacks to find something. El Hostelito looked really nice but it was ...

... onto anything so if anyone fell from the top you would surely die or be seriously injured. Climbing the ladder was the most difficult thing we had to do all day, to make matters worse there would be a few people on the ladder at a time so it was moving, I'm not great with heights so I was doing my best not to look down. We got safely to the top, luckily and got hooked into the zip line, one at a time. The rules were explained on the ground prior to the climb. There ...
