This family run hotel is perfectly located, very clean and quiet, and reasonably priced for Yangon standards. A basic but substantial breakfast is provided and it's staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I loved staying here.

Great location near Sule and friendly staff. The rooms, especially bathrooms, could use some modern updates. The rooms are small and do not have windows, but does have good working Wifi.

The hotel facilities are clean. No window but we were aware of that. The bathroom had hot water and everything was very clean.
Breakfast was provided and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Owner speaks very good English and is most helpful. Recommend this hotel for the budget traveller.

Par excellence, ce petit bijou ne peut-être mieux situé. Atmosphère amical, souvent complet parce que très bien, c'est un hôtel à voir lors de votre visite.

... pass miles and miles of shanty towns, these people are surely just surviving.

Back on the ship our excursion has been 10 1/2 hours and that has been far too long in this heat. We opt to skip dinner in the Dining Room as I am too tired to think about changing so we opt for dinner on the casual Lido Deck. We are delighted to find really good shrimp cocktail and cold watermelon soup. We have two helpings of each and call it a night, tomorrow is another busy day.
