... with Bicycle Way signs. Then we entered Cesky Tesin, the last Czech town before Poland. Actually it's part of a twin city, Cesky Tesin on one side of the river and the Polish Cieszyn on the other. We walked our bikes over the bridge, no passport check required and we were in Poland! ... in shopping in the supermarket in the photos. Headed into Novy Jicin-Louca through the old town gate, impressive, so was the beautiful town square lined with Renaissance and Baroque houses. Ate our (breakfast) lunch here, it was getting quite hot again. We could see harvesters out in the fields reaping canola and wheat. ... again very hot outside and equally humid, so I hurried home to get out of the sun. I prepared some cabbage rolls in tomato sauce for dinner for everybody, and by the time Ania came home I was ready to watch the quarterfinals of the Volleyball World Cup. Poland easily beat Cuba 3:0 in sets, partially because Cuba has already qualified for the semis and didn't want to exhaust the team :-)
