        ... that made for an interesting drive! According to the lonely planet, this area was prone to earthquakes, not sure if this is why one whole side of loads of the massive two lane viaducts simply weren't there anymore... And the road had us crossing over to the other directions viaduct to cross it. Nick was convinced that they were just upgrading... However some you could see the road at the bottom of the ravine, and others were simply on a massive slope clearly ...

        ... some degree of efficiency :) To compliment our morning asana practices, afternoon sessions were included on 3 occasions.. focusing on pranayama (various breathing techniques), the bandhas (energy locks) and some q a, and experimenting with different postures such as hand stands and roll overs.
