Maria, Maria, Maria! The Best Guide in Girona!
Well after a quick 1.5 hour trip on the Renfe Train from Passeig de Graciŕ in central Barcelona I ended up in the city of Girona where my best friend from residence, Maria, was going to show me around for the day! So I will begin with a bit of information about Girona.

We arrived at our sight at 8.15 after taking a wrong turn and having to go up the mountain to turn round. The 2 and a half hour journey ended up being a 4 hour trek.... What doesn't break you makes you ...
Barcelona to Calogne

We paid for on road parking which meant we didn't have time go up the hill to the castle overlooking the sea. If we had more time we would go back and do this. Tossa de Mar was like most seasides abroad, an abundance of cafes along the front and oiled limbs on the beach, it wasn't ...
