Last Day in Thailand....for now!!!
... to book some stuff online and a place for Ko San for Xmas for me and Sam....so was on a bit of a mission, just had today and tonight in Bangkok then my bus leaves for Siem Reap at 7am tomorrow morning.... Post office was nice and close. Walked in and on my god, haven't used post in Thailand yet but it is soooooooo much more efficient than South Africa!!! Wow!!! Nach Chinatown wollten wir heute in DAS typische "Einkaufszentrum" von Bangkok: dem Chatuchak Market.
Mit mehr als 1 km² ist er der größte Markt der Welt. Statt Versace und Gucci findet sich hier aber ein kleines "Standerl" neben dem anderen. Die angebotenen Sachen reichen von Essen, über Kleidung zu Gold und Silber, Kunst, ja sogar "Haustiere" werden angeboten. Einiges kommt aus Bangkok bzw.
