    ... blog... Sorry everybody! I'm fine! I hope I didn't worry you. And while we're on that note - I'm not sure what my internet access is going to be like for about 6 weeks from the 23rd Jan so please don't fret if I don't post anything. I will be in contact when I can.

    ... of a window cleaner who got stuck in a lift when one of the planes hit. Using his tools he was able to open the doors of the lift and then dig a hole big enough through the wall (the walls inside were made of dry rock) and escape. Perhaps the most harrowing of all the sights of that day was watching people jumping to their deaths. The museum had quotes of New Yorkers watching these people fall to their deaths.     ... on the plane, and then they had a maintenance issue they fixed while we were on the plane... another hr or so delay... but at least we didn't have to unload the plane and get on a different one... of course having a maintenance issue on a plane right before you lift off is a little frightening... apparently some sensor problem? Anyway, hopefully we land in Nashville eventually! Hope to see you when we land! And at least we will be in the USA! Finally!!!! - ...

    ... Hill and Brooklyn Heights, with guide pointing out sights such as Grimaldis pizza, where famous people have lived or are living and points of history. We hopped off having afternoon tea at "Juniors", famous for their cheesecake. Walked back to Manhattan over the historic Brooklyn Bridge and just made last Downtown Loop back to Motel at 9.00pmish.
