You are not allowed to swim in the lake as someone had drowned, and a man had previously had a heart attack on a boat out on the lake and died.     The drive back to Plaridel took about two and a half hours as we had to go through Manila. There is no out ring road like the M25 so getting stuck in a jam is inevitable. Being stuck in a jam is not so bad for me though. I can see everything that is going on around. People wandering down the lanes of traffic selling sweets, pastries, cigs and cold drinks.     All too soon we were heading back to our hotel back in San Fernando, time was running out for this visit, my wedding visit, and I also had to get an extension to my visitors visa which was only valid for 21 days. We had to travel to Angeles for this, but our journey did not take us through the infamous bars areas. Shame!
